Refund Terms

Our refund policy is valid for 7 calendar days from the date of delivery. If more than 7 days have elapsed since the delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund.

To qualify for a refund, the product must meet the following criteria:

The product is defective (e.g., damaged poster).

The product is not as described.

In the case of a damaged product, you will be required to send us a clear image showing the damage. Based on this, we will decide whether a replacement will be sent, or a refund will be issued, or a return of the item for further inspection to us is necessary.

All returns will undergo an inspection to ensure the above criteria are met. If the product fails to meet these conditions, we reserve the right to refuse a replacement or refund.

To process your refund, a receipt, purchase order, or other proof of purchase is required. Without this proof, a refund cannot be issued.

You are responsible for covering all return shipping costs. These costs will be refunded if the return is approved.

Please ensure that items are well-packaged to avoid damage during transit. If an item is damaged or excessively used upon inspection, we may deny the refund.
